Elysia Tse joined LaSalle Investment Management’s Singapore office as head of research and strategy, Asia-Pacific.
She replaces Paul Guest, who left Chicago-based LaSalle late last year to join UBS Asset Management as executive director and lead real estate strategist for that firm’s global real estate business.
Ms. Tse comes to LaSalle from J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Singapore office, where she served as head of research and strategy real estate Asia-Pacific, according to a LaSalle news release.
A J.P. Morgan Asset Management spokesman couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
Ms. Tse will report to Mark Gabbay, LaSalle’s Hong Kong-based Asia-Pacific CEO, and Jacques Gordon, the firm’s Chicago-based global head of research and strategy.
