Hans Rademaker, chief investment officer, and Hester Borrie, head of global distribution and marketing, are leaving Robeco Group.
It could not be learned what their plans are.
In a statement on the €268 billion ($302.5 billion) money manager’s website, Bert Bruggink, chairman of the supervisory board, said the two executives had been members of Robeco’s management board for more than six years. He said over this time, assets under management have more than doubled.
“They both have made an important contribution to the company’s current success and solid basis, which are the foundations for further international growth and continued excellent investment results for our clients. I wish them the very best for the future,” said Mr. Bruggink.
Mr. Rademaker joined Robeco in 2010 from Kempen Capital Management, where he was director of fiduciary management. Ms. Borrie joined in 2009 from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she led the Europe, Middle East and Africa sales division.
A spokeswoman for Robeco said Mr. Rademaker and Ms. Borrie will leave as of May 1. “Their responsibilities will for now be taken over by members of the management of Robeco,” she said in an e-mail.
