Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board, Cheyenne, committed up to $100 million to SC Core LP, a commingled fund managed by SC Capital Partners, said Patrick Fleming, chief investment officer, in an e-mail.
The fund makes core-plus investments in real estate and related assets in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board oversees a total of how $19.3 billion, including the $6.9 billion Permanent Mineral Trust Fund and $3.3 billion Common School Permanent Land Fund.
