Northern Trust picks new retirement practice lead for OCIO business

Jessica Hart was named retirement practice lead in Northern Trust Asset Management’s outsourced CIO business, said spokesman John O’Connell in an e-mail.

Ms. Hart, a 16-year Northern Trust employee, had led global fund construction for the asset manager’s multimanager solutions group. Mr. O’Connell said a search is underway to replace Ms. Hart in the multimanager solutions group.

Ms. Hart succeeds John McCareins, who Northern Trust announced on Tuesday had been appointed head of Asia-Pacific, asset management.
