David Piltz was named Europe, Middle East and Africa consulting and market leader at Xerox HR Services, said a spokesman.
The position is new.
Mr. Piltz is responsible for revenue growth, client satisfaction and risk management at the firm, and he also manages employee engagement, development and productivity across EMEA.
Mr. Piltz was previously head of trustee services at Xerox HR Services in the U.K. Xerox HR Solutions was formerly known as Buck Consultants. The spokesman added that the head of trustee services role will not be replaced “in its current form, as part of a move to bring together our global businesses and ensure we have the best structure in place to deliver the most effective service for our clients.”
