Plymouth County (Mass.) Retirement Association is seeking at least one firm to provide transition management services for the $665 million defined benefit plan.
The association does not have a transition manager now, said Peter Manning, director of investments. “We feel there’s kind of a hole in our portfolio without one,” he said.
The association could choose to have a list of transition managers to be used as needed, Mr. Manning said.
The RFP is on the association’s website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT March 31.
A selection is expected in late April or early May, Mr. Manning said.
