Nim Sivakumaran will become head of European structured credit strategies at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group’s London office after the departure of Donald La Vigne in June.
Mr. Sivakumaran currently is a managing director and an analyst on the firm’s European structured credit investment team, said Joe Snodgrass, an Och-Ziff spokesman, in an e-mail. Mr. Snodgrass declined to comment on a replacement for Mr. Sivakumaran’s current role.
Mr. La Vigne’s plans after leaving Och-Ziff could not be learned.
Och-Ziff managed a total of $45.5 billion as of Dec. 31, when aggregate credit assets totaled $12.5 billion, according to the company’s 4th quarter 2015 earning report. OZ doesn’t break out the assets managed or the returns achieved by its European structured credit team.
