Oklahoma Teachers pledges $160 million to Franklin Park

Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System, Oklahoma City, committed $160 million to Franklin Park for private equity investments in 2016, said Tom Spencer, executive director, in an e-mail.

Franklin Park already manages roughly $600 million in private equity funds of funds for the $13.7 billion pension fund.

As of Oct. 31, the pension fund had 4.4% allocation to private equity and a 5% target.
