Salem, Ore., hired Voya Retirement Services as record keeper of its $67 million 457 plan, said Shawna Self, assistant purchasing administrator, in an e-mail.
The city issued an RFP in September in order to hire a single record keeper for the plan; incumbents ICMA-RC, Nationwide Financial and VALIC were invited to rebid.
Investment consultant Heintzberger Payne assisted.
Ms. Self did not respond to requests for additional information regarding finalists or other bidders.
