New Enterprise Associates is the largest venture capital fund manager in terms of capital raised over the past 10 years, according to data from Preqin.
The Chevy Chase, Md.-based firm has raised $10.7 billion in venture capital over that period.
Chase Coleman's Tiger Global Management was second ($9.5 billion), followed by Insight Venture Partners ($9.4 billion).
Insight raised the largest individual VC fund over the 10-year period. Its $3.45 billion Insight Venture Partners IX has commitments from the State of Michigan Retirement Systems, Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Washington State Investment Board and CalPERS, among others.
