Stephanie Miller, who was managing director and global head of fund services at J.P. Morgan, has left the firm.
She was replaced by Tim Fitzgerald, who was managing director and global head of fund services at Deutsche Bank. He will join J.P. Morgan in early 2016, said an internal memo from Teresa Heitsenrether, global head of J.P. Morgan custody and fund services.
Ms. Miller had earlier notified J.P. Morgan of her intention to leave. Information on Ms. Miller's plans could be learned by press time. Amanda Smith, J.P. Morgan spokeswoman, said the company would not comment. Efforts to reach Ms. Miller were unsuccessful.
Mr. Fitzgerald's duties at Deutsche will be assumed by Mike Hughes, global head of strategic execution.
