Harry Y. Tan joined TH Real Estate in Singapore as head of research, Asia-Pacific.
The position is new, said a Hong Kong-based spokeswoman.
Mr. Tan joins TH Real Estate from Grosvenor Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he served as head of research. A spokesman for Grosvenor said a search is underway to fill the position.
TH Real Estate is a London-based subsidiary of TIAA-CREF. The company manages roughly $30 billion in real estate assets globally.
