New Hampshire Retirement System, Concord, made two new commitments totaling $100 million, said Marty Karlon, spokesman, in an e-mail.
The $7.5 billion pension fund committed $50 million to HarbourVest Partners’ Dover Street IX, a secondary private equity fund. The pension fund previously committed $50 million to Dover Street VIII in March 2013.
The pension fund also committed $50 million to Kayne Anderson Energy Fund VII. It is the first time the pension fund has made a commitment to a fund managed by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors.
