Worcester (Mass.) Retirement System is searching for an infrastructure manager to run about $10 million to $15 million.
Only proposals for experienced managers of private market infrastructure portfolios will be considered, said an RFP posted on the website of Meketa Investment Group, the $717 million pension fund's investment consultant.
Respondents must have been in operation for at least five years and managed one or more global infrastructure strategies with total equity capital exceeding $5 billion as of Sept. 30. First-time funds, public equity and sector-specific strategies will not be considered.
The RFP is available on Meketa's website.
Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EST Dec. 9. A selection date was not disclosed.
