Monika Lindeman, head of transition management for the Americas at BlackRock, will retire at the end of the year, said a statement provided by a spokeswoman for the firm.
Ms. Lindeman had been at BlackRock for 22 years.
Her responsibility for managing the U.S. transition management business was assumed by Lachlan French, global head of BlackRock’s transition management business, effective Nov. 1, said the statement. Mr. French relocated to San Francisco, from London.
“(Mr. French’s) relocation will ensure the continued strong leadership for the business and (Ms. Lindeman) will work closely with him to efficiently transfer her current responsibilities,” said the statement. “(Mr. French) will leverage the existing talent within the U.S. and the global team to ensure seamless continuity in the delivery of excellent service to clients.”
