Greensburg (Pa.) Police Pension Plan is searching for an investment manager to provide outsourced CIO, custodial and administration services for the $18 million defined benefit plan.
The board is conducting the search because it has had the same provider, C.S. McKee, since 2002 and wants to review its options, said city Treasurer Mary Perez. C.S. McKee is invited to bid.
“By investment manager, we mean a firm that will either invest the funds and/or manage investors,” Ms. Perez said. “We want them to tell us which strategy is better for our plan and why.”
The RFP is available on Greensburg’s website.
Proposals are due by Nov. 30. A selection is anticipated to be made in January.
