Donald Pascal and Greg Jansen, CEO and managing director, respectively, at Commonfund Capital, will leave the firm in June 2016, spokesman Keith Luke said in an e-mail.
Mr. Luke said Mr. Pascal and Mr. Jansen both reached “simply personal and professional decisions,” and neither has specific plans after June 30, 2016.
Peter Burns, president of Commonfund Capital, will take on the role of CEO effective July 1 and will continue as president.
Mr. Burns will also have oversight of Mr. Jansen’s responsibilities in natural resources, Mr. Luke said.
Commonfund Capital is the private equity and venture capital unit of money manager Commonfund and has $12 billion in committed capital, Mr. Luke said.
