Luzerne County Employees’ Retirement System, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., issued an RFQ for investment consultant and custodial services for the $210 million pension fund.
Morgan Stanley is the pension fund’s current investment consultant/custodian, said Richard Hummer, pension coordinator. Morgan Stanley is invited to rebid.
A copy of the RFQ is available on the pension fund’s website. Quotes are due by noon EST on Nov. 23. A selection date has not yet been determined.
