San Joaquin County, Calif., is searching for a record keeper for its 401(a) and 457 plans, which have about $340 million in combined assets, said an RFP on procurement website Public Purchase.
The reason for the search, along with information on whether current record keeper MassMutual Retirement Services can rebid, could not immediately be learned.
The RFP is available on the Public Purchase website. Registration is required. The deadline for proposals is Oct. 26. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for Nov. 17. A hiring date was not disclosed.
An official in the county’s human resources department could not immediately be reached for additional information.
