Stefan Kreuzkamp was named chief investment officer-head of investment management at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, said a spokesman.
Effective Dec. 1, he will replace Asoka Wohrmann, who will become head of retail banking at Deutsche Bank’s private and business clients division. Mr. Kreuzkamp will also become a member of the DeAWM global executive committee.
Mr. Kreuzkamp is currently regional chief investment officer, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing equities, fixed income and multiasset strategies for the €1.14 trillion ($1.28 trillion) money manager. The spokesman said his replacement will be named in due course. “(Mr. Kreuzkamp) is an established leader and successful portfolio manager who has the vision and clarity to continue delivering the vale and insight our clients expect,” said Michele Faissola, head of DeAWM, in a news release. “(He) has played a key role in helping to develop our investment platform over the years, and will continue to provide continuity and stability for our clients and their investments.”
