New Mexico PERA sets $30 million for venture capital

New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association, Santa Fe, committed up to $30 million to private equity firm Trinity Ventures XII, an early-stage venture capital fund, said Jonathan Grabel, chief investment officer for the $14 billion pension plan.

This is a new relationship for the pension fund. New Mexico PERA’s private equity consultant Cliffwater assisted.
