Polly Scott was elected president of the executive board of the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators.
Ms. Scott is the communications and 457 plan manager of the $8 billion Wyoming Retirement System, Cheyenne. She supervises the $560 million deferred compensation plan within the retirement system.
Ms. Scott was elected by association members to a one-year term at NAGDCA’s annual conference in Indianapolis in late September. She succeeds Edward Rutherford, business manager of the human services department of Larimer County, Colo., based in Fort Collins. He is a member of the county’s retirement board, which is in charge of the county’s 401(a) plan.
