Andover (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an investment consultant, said Elena M. Kothman, executive director, in an e-mail.
The $115 million pension fund issued an RFP because the fund has been fully invested with the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Trust since January 2008, and Ms. Kothman said the board felt it was a good time to explore its options. The pension fund does not currently have an investment consultant.
PRIT is overseen by the $61.2 billion Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, Boston.
Proposals are due at noon EDT on Oct. 19, and the board hopes to make a decision within two or three months following the deadline, Ms. Rothman said.
The RFP is available on the pension fund’s website.
