Napa County (Calif.) Deferred Compensation Committee is recommending Hyas Group as investment consultant for the county's $67 million 457 plan and $4 million 401(a) plan, said Jenny Brooks, administrative support technician in the county’s auditor-controller’s office.
The hiring is pending the approval of the county’s board of supervisors, which should occur within the next couple of months, Ms. Brooks said.
The committee issued an RFP in August due to its policy of putting services up for bid every five years. Current consultant Arnerich Massena was a finalist along with Heintzberger Payne and SST Benefits Consulting.
