Worcester Regional Retirement System, Auburn, Mass., is searching for an investment consultant for the $570 million pension plan.
The plan does not have an investment consultant, said Kevin P. Blanchette, chairman and CEO of the retirement system. Currently, virtually all of the plan's assets are invested in the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Trust, which is overseen by the $61.2 billion Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, Boston.
A copy of the RFP is available on the pension fund's website.
Proposals are due by noon EDT on Oct. 30. A decision is expected to be made in December.
