Leesburg, Fla., is searching for a record keeper for its 401(a) and 457 retirement plans with $11.8 million in assets combined, said an RFP on procurement website Public Purchase.
ICMA-RC is the current record keeper for the plans. The reason for the search and whether ICMA-RC can rebid could not be learned by press time.
The RFP is available on Public Purchase’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. EDT on Oct. 22, with a potential hiring decision by March 1.
A procurement official was not immediately available for additional information.
