Heifer International Foundation, Little Rock, Ark., is searching for a manager to run a $2 million open-end core real estate portfolio, said William Dahab, principal and director of research at Dahab Associates, the $94 million foundation’s investment consultant.
The foundation is seeking only open-end funds, the RFP said. Mr. Dahab said the foundation would not release any further information.
Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT on Oct. 15. A timetable for a decision has yet to be determined.
