Education Trust Board of New Mexico, Santa Fe, launched an RFP for an investment consultant for its $2.4 billion college savings plans.
Pension Consulting Alliance is the incumbent. OFI Private Investments is the bundled provider for the two 529 plans; the $1.9 billion adviser-sold Scholar’s Edge plan and the $486 million direct-sold Education Plan. Citibank is the custodian.

Proposals are due at 5 p.m. MDT on Oct. 6, according to a notice on the New Mexico Higher Education Department’s website. A decision is expected in November.
