Texas Teacher Retirement System, Austin, committed a total of $200 million to two real estate funds managed by Lionstone Investments.
The $132.4 billion pension fund committed $100 million each to Lionstone U.S. Value-Add Four and LCA4 Co-Investment I, a transaction report for the month of August reported. Both funds are focused on investments in the U.S.
The monthly transaction report was provided by spokeswoman Juliana Fernandez Helton, a TRS spokeswoman, by e-mail.
