Bernard Walschots was appointed general director of the Stichting Rabobank Pensioenfonds, Utrecht, Netherlands.
Mr. Walschots replaced Jos Dirks, who retired, said a statement on the pension fund’s website. The pension fund has about €23 billion ($26.2 billion) in assets.
Mr. Walschots was previously director of asset management for the pension fund, responsible for the policy and management of the pension fund’s assets.
Thijs Berenst replaced Mr. Walschots as director of asset management, the statement said. Mr. Berenst was previously central treasury manager at Rabobank Netherlands and is a member of the pension fund’s board.
Spokesmen for the pension fund and Rabobank could not be reached for comment by press time.
