St. Louis County Retirement Plan, Clayton, Mo., is recommending rehiring Summit Strategies Group as investment consultant, said Kirk McCarley, plan administrator.
The $627 million pension fund's board approved the investment committee's recommendation at its Aug. 27 meeting; final approval will likely be considered by the county council later this month, Mr. McCarley said.
The pension fund issued an RFP in May because Summit's current contract will expire Dec. 31; Asset Consulting Group and Marquette Associates were the other finalists.
