CenterPoint Energy Inc., Houston, hired Voya Financial as record keeper for its CenterPoint Energy Savings Plan, said an 8-K recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Voya replaces Aon Hewitt. The reason for the change could not immediately be learned.
A blackout period for participants will start Sept. 23 and end during the week of Oct. 4.
The CenterPoint Energy Savings Plan had about $2 billion in assets of Dec. 31, according to the company’s most recent 11-K filing.
A spokeswoman could not immediately be reached for additional information.
