Snezana Zlatar was named senior vice president and head of product development for the total retirement solutions business of Prudential Retirement, a unit of Prudential Financial, said spokeswoman Monique Reuben.
Ms. Zlatar will be responsible for the product development, product management and pricing, RFP and underwriting teams, a Prudential news release said.
Ms. Zlatar replaces Veronica Charcalla, who is now vice president and head of client experience for the total retirement solutions unit, Ms. Reuben wrote in an email.
Ms. Zlatar was a managing director in the global wealth and investment management division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Susan McCabe, a spokeswoman for the global wealth and investment management division, declined to comment on replacement information.
