Central Arkansas Water, Little Rock, hired First Security Bank as investment consultant for its 401(a) and 457 plans, said Elizabeth Tuck-Rowan, purchasing manager, in an e-mail.
An RFP was issued in June for the plans' first investment consultant.
The other finalists were Fiduciary First, Retirement Plan Advisors, UBS Retirement Plan Consulting Services and Meridian Investment Advisors.
The 401(a) and two 457 plans have about $16 million in combined assets.
