San Francisco City & County Employees' Retirement System committed up to €100 million ($110 million) to Tristan Capital Partners' European Property Investors Special Opportunities Fund 4, said Norm Nickens board secretary of the $20.3 billion pension fund.
The Tristan Capital Partners fund will invest in value-added or opportunistic real estate opportunities in Western, Southern and Central Europe.
