Sedgwick County, Wichita, Kan., is searching for a bundled provider for its $41.1 million 457 plan, said county spokeswoman Jill Tinsley.
The selected firm will provide administration, record keeping, education and communication, investment and other services.
The search is being conducted to ensure the county is getting competitive pricing and retirement plan services, Ms. Tinsley said. Empower Retirement, the incumbent provider, is invited to rebid,

The deadline for proposals is 1:45 p.m. CDT on Sept. 15. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for Nov. 9-10, with a hiring decision Dec. 9.
