El Paso County Retirement Plan, Colorado Springs, Colo., hired U.S. Bank as custodian, said Thomas Pfeifle, executive director of the $319 million pension fund, in an e-mail.
An RFP was issued in March because services had not gone out to bid “for quite some time,” Mr. Pfeifle previously told Pensions & Investments.
Incumbent custodian Wells Fargo rebid and was a finalist, along with BMO Harris.
