Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, is searching for a consultant for its 401(a), 457 and Roth 457 plans, said an RFP on procurement website BidSync.
The 457 plan, previously jointly administered by the court and county, now will be administered solely by the court. The selected firm will help the court meet its fiduciary responsibilities in operating the plan and might be asked to provide investment guidance and analysis, the RFP stated.
Asset sizes and further information on the plans and their current providers could not be learned by press time.
The RFP is available on BidSync. Registration is required. The deadline for proposals is 4 p.m. PDT Aug. 13 with a hiring decision in August or September.
A court spokeswoman could not immediately provide additional information.
