Metropolitan District Commission, Hartford, Conn., is searching for a custodian for its $200 million pension fund.
Dahab Associates, investment consultant for the commission, is assisting.
The commission currently doesn’t have a custodian, said David Lee, Dahab Associates president.
The RFP is available on Dahab’s website. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EDT on Aug. 14.
A hiring decision is expected to be made within the next couple of months, according to Mr. Lee.
Stanley Pokora, manager of treasury for the Metropolitan District Commission, could not immediately be reached for additional information.
