University of Leicester, Leicester, England, is searching for money managers to run equity and fixed-income allocations for its endowment portfolios, said an official at the university.
The university’s £11.8 million ($18.3 million) of endowment funds are held in two separate portfolios. Assets are managed by an external money manager. The official did not disclose the name of the manager.
The university is looking for one manager to run the endowment assets. The official said the incumbent is invited to rebid. A notice on the university’s website said its intention is to choose only one manager.
Proposals are due Aug. 17. A hiring date was not provided.
