Alexander Shire was named senior portfolio manager and Judi Rossetti was named portfolio manager at AMP Capital, a spokesman said.
Both are new positions in the credit research team in the Australian money manager’s Chicago office.
Mr. Shire will join the firm July 20. He was previously a principal and senior analyst at hedge fund Atika Capital Management. Steven DiMartino, Atika’s chief compliance officer and chief financial officer, did not return a phone call by press time.
Ms. Rossetti will join the firm Aug. 3. She was previously senior director, corporate finance at Fitch Ratings.
AMP Capital has $118 billion in assets under management.
