Louisiana Teachers’ Retirement System, Baton Rouge, is searching for an investment consultant for its $17 billion defined benefit plan and/or $1.8 billion defined contribution plan, said Dana Brown, director of public markets.
The retirement system has issued a solicitation for proposals due to the pending expiration of the contract of the current consultant, Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, on Dec. 31; the firm is invited to rebid.
The SFP is available on the pension fund’s website. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. CDT on Aug. 5. A decision is expected in October.
