Kevin O'Neill was named managing director, asset managers-North America, at RBC Investor & Treasury Services, spokesman Adam Lister said.
It is a new position. Mr. O'Neill is based in New York. He leads business development for U.S. money managers seeking offshore fund services.
Mr. O'Neill was a London-based managing director and segment head of sovereign wealth funds and central bank sales for RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Jon Humphrey was promoted to that position from his previous position as director.
