Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System, Harrisburg, is searching for a proxy-voting research firm, said Evelyn Williams, spokeswoman for the $52.4 billion pension fund.
The search is being conducted because PennPSERS’ contract with its current proxy-voting research firm, Glass Lewis & Co., is set to expire later this year. The company is welcome to rebid.
The RFP is available on Pennsylvania’s e-Marketplace website. Proposals are due by 1:30 p.m. EDT Sept. 3. A selection is expected to be made sometime in the fall.
