Nikki Kraus was named global head of business development at Strategic Investment Group, spokesman Michael Bishop said.
Ms. Kraus is replacing Deborah D. Boedicker, who is leaving the firm later this year. Ms. Boedicker has not disclosed her plans.
Ms. Kraus is responsible for building new client relationships and overseeing the firm’s marketing strategy. She will also serve on Strategic’s management committee. She reports to Brian A. Murdock, president and CEO.
Ms. Kraus was director of institutional business at Hirtle Callaghan & Co. Spokeswoman Susan McEvoy was not available to provide information about a replacement.
Strategic had $37.5 billion in assets under management as of March 31.
