Stephen McCourt and Peter Woolley were named co-CEOs of Meketa Investment Group, spokeswoman Megan Griffin said.
The two replace founder Jim Meketa, who is assuming the new role of chairman.
Messrs. McCourt and Woolley will oversee the management team, while continuing to be involved in the firm’s research and consulting activities. They will retain their managing principal titles.
The firm consults on more than $335 billion in assets.
