Carrollton, Texas, is searching for a consultant to assist with the search for and transition to a consolidated 457 plan provider, said an RFP on the city’s website.
The plan, which has more than $79 million, is administered by ICMA-RC and Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
The RFP is available from the city’s website. Written proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. CDT July 13; electronic proposals are due by 11:30 p.m. CDT the same day. A hiring decision is anticipated Aug. 4.
The city is targeting an October release date for the consolidated 457 provider RFP. A hiring decision could be made in January or February 2016.
