Amy Borrus was named interim executive director of the Council of Institutional Investors on Monday.
Ms. Borrus, who joined CII as deputy director in 2006, will serve while the board conducts a search for a permanent executive director.
On June 10, CII announced the resignation of former executive director Ann Yerger. Ms. Yerger will join Ernst & Young as an executive director and leader of the EY Center for Board Matters.
