Keith Skeoch was named CEO of Standard Life PLC, said a company spokeswoman.
Effective Aug. 5, he replaces David Nish, who is resigning. His plans could not be learned. Mr. Skeoch is CEO of the firm’s money management arm, Standard Life Investments. He will retain that position.
