Brian Thomas rejoined Wilshire Funds Management as a vice president, spokesman Evan Pondel said.
Mr. Thomas is focusing on business development and reports directly to Jason Schwarz, president of Wilshire Funds Management, the money management unit of Wilshire Associates.
Mr. Pondel declined to disclose whom Mr. Thomas replaced.
Mr. Thomas was a senior relationship manager at Aon Hewitt's institutional advisory solutions business. Aon Hewitt spokeswoman Meg Connolly was not available by press time for information whether he was replaced.
From 2010 through 2012, Mr. Thomas was with Wilshire Funds Management, serving in a business development capacity as an associate.
